Completion of all TAA rental agreements and other related leasing paperwork. | |
Handling all notices, questions/concerns, complaints and any other necessary correspondence with the residents. | |
Re-evaluation of the rent rates at the end of each resident’s lease period by analysis of comparable units. Negotiating renewal lease terms and securing renewal leases. A small renewal fee will apply once the renewal lease is secured. | |
Supervising enforcement of all rental contract provisions. | |
Suggesting ways to upgrade the property to obtain higher rents and improved occupancy rates, or to prepare the property for sale. | |

Providing owners detailed monthly reports including an operating statement, expense details, and rent roll. Monthly reports are sent promptly at the end of each month. Year end totals are provided for easy tax preparation. | |
Leasing services are available through our locator service, even if management services are not required. We currently have full and part-time commission only licensed real estate agents whose function is to lease available property. | |
Our availability list is updated weekly through the MLS service, giving your property great exposure to other licensed real estate agents, in addition to our “in house” agents. We still handle all paperwork necessary to secure a lease, while co-brokering with agents from other companies. | |
